Vaadat Charigim are an Israeli shoegaze / dreampop band formed in Tel Aviv in 2012. Their name translates to "Exception Committee".
Personally, they're my favorite shoegaze band (along with slowdive). Maybe (okay, who am I kidding, *most absolutely*) because Hebrew is my native language, and for me to hear these beautiful songs being sung in my own language is just amazing. The lyrics are melancholic, beautiful, smoothlty blending with the atmosphere and scenery of Tel Aviv. Walking along the old yet newly preserved buildings of Tel Aviv, or along the beach line, while listening to the dreamy guitars of Vaadat Charigim is an absolute dream. If you ever visit Tel Aviv, let this album be the soundtrack to your explorings.
Vaadat Charigim haven't had a show and haven't released any new music in quite a while. I really hope they'd release some more music and do some more live shows in the future.

2. Ke'tzef Al Ha'ma'yim קצף על המים foam on the water
Me, a native Hebrew speaker, had trouble recognizing the lyrics from the audio. I'm sorry for this, maybe I'll try some time again in the future :')
3. Le'hit'o'rer ve lo la'da'at להתעורר ולא לדעת to wake up without realizing
[*] I ran into several difficulties translating this song. להתעורר ולא לדעת מה קורה איתך, the line sung at the chorus, means to wake up in the morning without realizing what you're going throug. מה קורה איתך, (the latter half of the sentence), is also a greeting, which lietrally translates to "what is happening". It is identical to "what's up?" or "How do you do?" in english.

[*] Shoegze is not a genre in which words are being sung loud and clear. I can't recognize all the lyrics to this song either, You'd have to forgive me.
I do recognize some sentences along the lines of "Like a road in the middle of the field / which will appear in your night's dream".
